How to request account deletion
- Send an email to the contact address below.
- Use the subject line Vyapar Saathi Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address associated with your account and explain that you want your account and associated data deleted.
- We may contact you to verify your request before processing it.

Never include your password or other login credentials in your request.
What data can be covered by a request?
Depending on the features you used and how your information is stored, a request may cover:
- Account information, such as your registered email address.
- Shop profile and inventory or stock records.
- Sales, billing and transaction records.
- Customer details and outstanding dues recorded in the app.
- Other information associated with your account, where applicable.
What happens after you submit a request?
We will review your request, verify it where necessary, and assess the associated data that can be deleted. We will communicate with you if additional information is required.
Some information may need to be retained where required by applicable law, to resolve disputes, or for legitimate security purposes. Any retained information will be handled according to applicable requirements and our data-handling practices.
This page provides a way to request deletion; submitting a request does not itself confirm that deletion has been completed.
Local data and backups
Information saved on your device or in backups may require separate handling. Uninstalling the app should not be assumed to delete all information associated with your account. Please mention any relevant concerns in your deletion request.
